General Merchandise:

  • Processing Time: Merchandise is typically processed within 5-7 business days, often sooner. For BULK orders, processing times may vary based on order size. Neoprene Totes are ETA  approximately 2 weeks.
  • Delivery Considerations: Once released for delivery, please note that the mail system's reliability can be unpredictable. Customers can manage delivery issues using the provided tracking number. Responsibility for stalled, slow, or lost packages lies with the mailing system, and customers can file a claim with the responsible institution.
  • Returns and Exchanges (not including BULK apothecary): Items with manufacturer defects are replaceable, and exchanges are accepted within 14 business days of the delivery date indicated by the tracking number. If a buyer provides incorrect sizes, a 15% restocking fee applies, and a return shipping label will be provided. Exchanges are processed upon receipt of the returned item in perfect condition. Refunds are not applicable for damaged items.

LOVEKimmy Custom Made/Handsewn Items:

  • Processing Time: Due to high demand and the intricate nature of handmade items, processing times for CUSTOM requests are up to 6 weeks unless otherwise confirmed.
  • Defects and Returns: If a defect is identified, the seller reserves the option to fix it, superseding other options. Custom items are non-exchangeable. If incorrect sizes were provided by the buyer, fair consideration of the time, effort, and overall cost involved is appreciated. LKC retains the right to decline business with entities displaying unrealistic expectations or demands.

  • Processing Time: These items are typically processed within 5 business days, except for handcrafted items, which are made to order and considered custom products.
  • Delivery Considerations: Similar to general merchandise, customers can handle delivery issues using the provided tracking number. Responsibility for stalled, slow, or lost packages lies with the mailing system, and customers can file a claim with the responsible institution.

  • Businesses cannot expect legal remedies for fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or decisions to no longer want the item.
